Quick Prom Fixes

Oops!

What do you do to protect your gown, evening, and reputation from an array of possible accidents that can, and may, happen while at prom? You can only protect yourself from sudden, unexpected, incidences by delving into a bout of preparedness. By developing a prom “first-aid kit” you may very well be doing yourself the biggest favor ever! Knowing that we are all be prone to slip-up's, mess-up's, and Oopsie's can you imagine not going prepared? With such a positively pertinent evening approaching you need to be ready for the possible Oopsie's in your future.

The worst possible accident at prom can be associated with food and drink. Many, many girls have attested to dropping or spilling some kind of food product or drink on their “oh-so-expensive-and-luxurious-prom dress” and have spent the rest of the evening avoiding the dance floor and standing in a corner bummed out. One way to make sure that this doesn't happen to you is to go with a pack of individually wrapped Tide-To-Go wipes or a Clorox pen (depending on the color of your oh-so-luxurious dress). These are small, easy to carry, ways of fixing any 'spillage' that may occur during the night.

Your secondary enemy may very well be attached to you at the heels. Your perfect prom heels can be a devastating event if you've chosen a lengthy-flowing gown. If you've combined a long dress with 4” inch stilettos you will want to clip 2-6 safety pins into the lining of your clutch or purse. This will also combat any dress-caught-in-limo-door accidents too. If any rips, tears, or unsightly “pop-open's” occur you will be ready to fight back with a quick-clip.

Speaking of heels, what happens if the heel snaps walking up the sidewalk to the front entrance? Always have a back-up pair of gorgeous flats in the car (or limo). Not only will you still be covered by prom-insurance but you'll still be able to dance because the fabulous-flats have got your back!

BTW- Ladies, I hate to be the reminder of this large, but undeniable, fact: Mother Nature Happens! So be aware, and be prepared. The last thing you need is Mother Nature's sudden surprise in the middle of your fabulous evening. Bring the proper equipment to save yourself from a potentially Huge disaster!
