I need advice on a style of dress

I need help finding the right style dress to buy. Well first off I'm short, 5'2" and very, very thin; aka no boobs (30A) and a 22" waist. Needless to say I have a hard enough time trying to find regular clothes that fit so I usualy dress in baggy clothes. But this is prom! I want to look good at prom. I don't want to wear a dress that's the wrong style and too big. Please help. Anything you have to say is appreciated! ^_^
