Please help me. I am really hoping that my prom date would turn out to be great but I have some doubts. How do I survive a bad prom date?

Name: Maya | Date: February 23, 2008, 8:35 pmi agree with Jessica, about taking a friend as your date unless you can avoid having high expectations from your new date at prom. unfortunately, i seem to be surrounded by a group of high achievers that think they have to drive the best, look the best, and dangle the best arm charms. go figure! it's better to keep it casual sometimes. i'm still for dressing up, just avoiding the bitter feelings and jealousy.
