So many couples that I have seen dancing look like naturals and seem to have few physical limitations to what they can do in slow dances on the dance floor. I, on the other hand, have limitations on stooping and some arthritis from a prior injury. I really want to dance, but I don't want to be put in an situation where I will be spun across the dance floor and later regret it. What's a nice way to set my limits on dancing in advance?
