I want to look more mature during prom. Will vintage prom dresses give me that kind of look?

also, if you want to look older and you have a small face/head, leave your hair down, or at least half down, and curl it [unless it's short, in that case, make it pin straight and play up the twneties "i can hold my own against a man" thing].
stray away from princess cut gowns if you're short.. they will overwhelm you and make you look ridiculously young/out of place.
vintage=glam and vintage=class. therefore yes, vintage=mature. :-]
