Prom is just over a month away, and I'm starting to think I'm screwed!

I'm looking for a dress for prom this year... and have come up with nothing within my budget. I'd like to find one under $175, if possible. I tend to like things in bold colors, like reds and blues. I'm kind of a tomboy, but this time, I want a princess dress. I usually look at things with structured bodices and full skirts, you know, all the pretty frilly things. I simply cannot find one that I like that I can buy. I don't have a job during the school year, so my parents are really the ones buying this, and they don't want to have to dig holes in their pockets to buy me this dress. Is there any relief to be found? Any suggestions?
