Stores where I live aren't the best but dont trust online

I need to find a prom dress by may 8th but all the stores that are near me are...well not the best but I want a good dress that will be turning heads. I'm pale with dark brown w/ white streaks in my hair and size D breasts so most dresses I do find don't really fit up top and I think I'm 5'5" and I dont like short dresses so any help would be nice.
