Can't Find the dress, But It's more than that.

I'm short, At 5'2 I have a very small chest, and My hips haven't fully grown in, I am going to 3 proms, My own, Mt boyfriends, And A Friend of mine who goes to a Military school, So my dress has to be Pretty, But Not Too showy, I love Strapless. I have a few Dresses I'm looking at, But what type should I wear, HELP!?
