I do not know what Style would look the best, does anyone have any Ideas?

I am a senior in high school so I want to look as good as possible for my last prom. I am 5ft even and have a rather large butt. to give you an idea, I wear a size 14 jean and I am a C cup. So I would like to know what style of dress would make my but and breasts look more proportionate. Also what color would look the best. I have very pale skin brown hair and green eyes. my hair is short in the back and about shoulder length in the front. I want to find a dress that is not black because that is the color I have worn to all my other proms. if you could tell me a type of dress that would flatter my figure or a great store to find one I would really appreciate it. Thank you
