Do they still sell old styles?

I found this dress a year or so ago and now i can finally go to prom. But the problem is, I don't know if i can ever where the dress because i don't know where to find it! It's an older style by BCBG maxazria. A blue teal slim dress. There were two layers The bottom one was short went to the middle of my thighs and the top layer was fabric straps that reached the floor, they were see-through. It was amazing. Will i ever be able to find it? Or will i have to make it myself?
