Where could i go to get good dresses to cover me?

I'm rather big and would like a stunning dress to weare to my 8th grade grad, it is very important to my mother and i, being the first daughter of a single mom. She never got 8th grade grad and i would like to live it for both of us. Please help me find a site where i could get a dress to cover my HUGE butt, and my double D boobs, something that will flatter and slim me down. I greatly appreciate the help, thanks =}
