Ive looked all over and im on a super cheap budget! Where can i get a dress for like 30 bucks?

I wear like a 30 or a 32 in a dress. And im going to the prom. My grandma heard my cousin who wears like a size 12/14 got hers for 30 dollars and want me to get one for that much. Is there like anywhere i can get one for that cheap? Even like when you add up everything including extra material is like less than 50? And if you live in Chattanooga,TN or Atlanta,GA do you know of any stores? If so please tell me. Thank you! Oh yeah my prom is May 8th
