needs to be supportive. any ideas???

My mom is making my prom dress (she's an amazing seamstress) because I can't find one in stores that will fit my body shape. I'm really chesty and I need a dress that will: 1) cover everything, 2) give me enough support, 3) hide a bra. I'm trying to think of cute ideas that won't leave me with an aching back! Any ideas?
