where to find a dress that fits my body style?

I am 5 ft exactly and I'm not rail thin at all. I am athletically built and very curvy in the hip area but not in the breast area. I can never find dresses that fit me they are either to big or to tight because I'm not plus size, but I'm not petite. Where do I go?

It says it is a size Small, but at this time I was about a size 4 and it fit perfectly. The straps, as well as the outlining of the back, are fully beaded with some sequins. I am a short girl with a large bust, a little bit of a tummy, and larger thighs. It looked great. It flattered everything while showing off my itty-bitty waist. ALSO: THIS DRESS WAS ALTERED. I am about 5 feet and 3 inches, and this dress was altered to fit me with heels on. You could get it altered to fit you perfectly, wherever you need it. In the breasts, waist, etc.
